About WPT:

Wonsettler Physical Therapy and Specialized Health (WPT) is a healthcare and wellness company dedicated to helping people climb their personal health summits – physically, mentally, and emotionally. We believe healing happens best in a positive, and encouraging environment, and that every person who walks through our clinic doors should leave feeling better than when they walked in. Our culture is built on positivity, hospitality, growth, and grit.

If you’re someone who brings great energy, loves helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment – we want to meet you!

Role Overview:

We’re not hiring a medical receptionist. We are hiring the best first impression. A relationship-builder. A problem-solver. A clinic vibe-setter.

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the face and the voice of WPT. Whether it’s a warm greeting at the front desk or a reassuring phone call, your job is to make people feel welcomed, supported, heard and “WOWED” at every interaction. When was the last time you were “wowed”? The answer we hope every patient at WPT would respond with is “well, it had to have been the last time I was at Wonsettler Physical Therapy!” Your phone call and in person interactions with our patients are the most important aspect of your job, and the lens through which all other roles and tasks are seen.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your mission: Deliver exceptional care before treatment even begins.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating genuine, memorable interactions with every patient
  • Answering phones with positivity and professionalism
  • Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Handling patient payments, including discussing cancellation policies when needed
  • Keeping the clinic spotless – From laundry to sparkling windows and doors
  • Supporting Physical Therapists during treatment sessions when needed
  • Communicating clearly and consistently with all members of the team
  • Managing daily and weekly tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly

  • You’re sharing daily “WINS” and “WOW” moments that you created for patients.

By 90 Days:

  • Demonstrate proficiency with insurance verification for all patient interactions.
  • You’re generating new referrals from the passion you have for our clinic.
  • You’re making patients feel like part of the WPT family.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

  • Energetic, warm, and friendly – Someone who lights up a room
  • Organized and detail – oriented
  • Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
  • Proactive – you find ways to help without being asked
  • A strong communicator (in person, on the phone, and via our messaging platform)
  • Proud to keep a clean, inviting space
  • Someone who sees that the little things are the big things.

Daily Tasks:
