Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location: WPT Clinic – 100 Wonsettler Road Scenery Hill, PA 15360
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000 – $88,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday with variable early and late days

Role Overview
Do you remember being in PT school, thinking to yourself about all of the amazing ways you’ll be able to serve people who can benefit from your skills and knowledge? What happened? If you’re like me, you took your first job and began seeing way too many clients to have any SERIOUS positive outcomes, unable to get them BETTER, FASTER. You started to experience burn-out, having a hard time finding the energy to give absolutely everything within you to the person across from you, because you were so consumed with the electronic mound of documentation awaiting you – not to mention the impending 15-20+ clients you had coming to see you that day. You forgot WHY you got into this profession in the first place!
I’ve known from the first week of working in a PT Mill that there was a better way. It’s in a 1:1 scenario, being able to devote the entirety of my time to each client, knowing I’m able to have deeper conversations about all of the things they can do to maximize their health, helping them achieve everything they hoped they could – or even more!
This is what we strive to provide at WPT. We believe in doing things differently when it comes to how we serve our clients. We believe that in order to affect someone’s physical well being, we not only need to have amazing diagnostic and treatment skills, we also need to know how to discuss things like sleep, nutrition, stress management, etc. We have to treat them in their entirety. And that’d be difficult to do if we were seeing 3, 4 or 5 people at a time. We can’t build the trust required, nor could we go deep enough to make a lasting impact on our clients. WPT was created to achieve the type of environment that fosters SERIOUS POSITIVE LONG-TERM CHANGE.

Required Skills and Experience
- Physical Therapy License
